We leave from Barcelona to visit, in the morning, Besalú.
Besalú old bridge tour
We walked along the Old Bridge of Besalú, It is believed that it was built in the 11th century on a Roman bridge, but it was rebuilt in the 14th century. After the destruction it suffered in the civil war it was rebuilt again. It consists of two angled sections and in the center is the tower with a small arch. We visited the city center, flooded with streets and facades as part of its medieval heritage. During the tour we visited the ecclesiastical monuments found in the town, such as the churches of Sant Pere, Santa María and Sant Vicenç, which alternate Romanesque elements with other Gothic ones. For its part, in the Jewish quarter you can visit medieval baths, dedicated to Jewish ritual ablutions.

Rupit's visit
We will visit Rupit, considered the medieval charm of Catalonia. The charm of this city is found in its stone houses, built in the 16th and 17th centuries, which are very well preserved despite being 400 years old. We will make a stop for lunch.
On the way we will stop at the Mirador del Santuario del Far, with exceptional views of the Sau reservoir, a natural space that rises above the Sau valley and the plain of Osona. In it we will find forests of great scenic interest inhabited by birds of prey.

Visit to Vic
We will take our way to Vic, a historic and monumental city, capital of a fertile pre-Pyrenean plain. We tour the medieval center of the city, from Placa Major, the most attractive urban enclave of the medieval core. In this area we can see Gothic style buildings such as Casa Beuló or more modern styles such as Casa Tolosa.
We finished our visit visiting the remains of the Palau dels Montcada, ruins of an ancient Roman temple from the 2nd century AD. prehistoric site of Sant Bartolomeu Sesgorgues.
We returned to Barcelona at night.
