Day 1: Pickup from Hotel in Cusco Scheduled for 05:00 AM

Upon arrival at your hotel in Cusco, we will promptly commence the journey to the southern outskirts of the city. Our initial destination will be the picturesque town of Sangarara. Upon reaching this charming village, we shall pause momentarily to indulge in a delightful breakfast.

Following our meal, we will embark on a winding road that leads us towards the designated parking area. From here, an arduous yet rewarding hike commences, lasting approximately two hours. This arduous trek will ultimately lead us to the sprawling archaeological site of Waqrapukara. Once arrived, ample opportunity exists to capture panoramic views and delve into the rich cultural heritage housed within its walls.

Subsequently, we shall engage in a leisurely "box lunch" break before making our way back along the same route, returning to the heart of Cusco by around 6:00 PM.
