Upon welcoming our esteemed guests, we shall commence with an exclusive aperitif featuring our Negroamaro rosato PGI Salento, paired with traditional Tarallini Apulian delicacies. Following this, we invite you to embark upon a guided tour through our cellar, where you will have the opportunity to sample an authentic, hand-stapled wine directly sourced from our ancient barriques. During this enlightening experience, we also recommend indulging in our award-winning Primitivo di Manduria DOP, followed by a delightful finale with our premium extra virgin olive oil Jarche, served alongside homemade frisellini.
