They were very helpful with the heating problem.
The suite itself was as depicted in the pictures and was very comfortable. We accommodated three individuals and each had their own bedroom, while two shared a bedroom.
The apartment was beautifully furnished, spacious with ample room for four adults and two children. It offered a nice view through the window. The area was quiet, making it ideal for rest and relaxation.
