Good internet.
Lots of hot water.
Nice and clean.

Clean and great for our one night stay before crossing the border to the US.

Near downtown and near the area where I had an appointment and other things to do
There was lots of noise because it was near blvd. Was not able to sleep.
The hotel clean staff was excellent and courteous my room was excellent
