The location is excellent and it was fairly easy to find street parking.

Position is perfect, short 400 m stroll into Chania town.
On Saturday there is a great food market directly in front of the apartment.

They communicated very well upon our arrival in Crete and sent all the instructions with pictures.
There were not great directions for how to collect the keys.

Location is not in the midst of touristy Old Town, nor is it too far away from the main sights. It's just on the edge of Old Town, so it's charming.
