The hotel is placed in a House dating from the beginning of the XX century, it was fully restored and adapted to offer the best experience to its guests, whilst concerning the historical heritage of the building and maintaining the architectonic aesthetic of the traditional neighbourhood.

It is located at the famous Santa Teresa Hill, with an unic view of the city centre of Rio de Janeiro and the Guanabara bay. Casa_igba stands out by offering an experience that goes way beyond a comfort bed and a good night of rest for those visiting the city.

The House bears 4 different rooms fitting 2 guests each. All of them with bathrooms, air-conditioner and wardrobe. Reception, lounge, intern gardens, kitchen, dining room, laundry and a backyard are parts of the House as well and can be used by the guests.

Breakfast is planned to better fit the different people's preferences. The meal is adapted to the guest's diet, for example vegan diets and dietary restrictions like gluten and lac-free can be taken into account. Let the staff know about your preferences. Besides that, the House is 15 minutes away from the Santos Dumont Airport, 15 minutes away from Corcovados (Christ the Redeemer) entrance, 20 minutes away from the Pão de Açúcar (Sugar Loaf) and beaches like Ipanema and Copacabana are also 20 to 30 minutes away by car.
