This house is distributed in 4 floors, each with a theme décor representing an element in nature. The attic has sloping ceilings and in it there is a games room and a reading lounge with fireplace.

Each apartment at the Baruca has a seating area with sofa bed and TV, private bathroom and kitchenette with microwave, fridge and hob. Bed linen and towels are included, and all apartments are adapted for guests with reduced mobility.
