Every room comes with a flat-screen TV, tea and coffee-making essentials, and a private shower bathroom. Need an extra touch? Just ask for a hairdryer, ironing board, or baby cot, and we’ll happily arrange it for you.

We’re ideally situated close to everything you might need—cafés, pubs, and restaurants are all within easy reach, and Enfield Town Centre is just 850 meters away. Enfield Town Station, only 1.2 kilometers from us, connects you directly to Central London, while flights from Stansted and Heathrow airports are easy to reach thanks to our excellent transport links.

For safety and comfort, guests under 18 must be accompanied by an adult. And please note that smoking is banned throughout the property—any violation will incur a £100 cleaning charge.

If you’d prefer to settle your bill in cash, we’ll need a £100 deposit upon arrival. Also, a valid photo ID and credit card are required at check-in, and any special requests are subject to availability, with possible extra fees.

Let us know your expected arrival time ahead of your visit—you can note it in the Special Requests section when booking or reach out to us directly via the contact details in your confirmation. Remember, guests under 18 can only check in when a parent or legal guardian is present.

A £100 damage deposit is taken on arrival, either by card or cash, and refunded in full at check-out after a quick room inspection.

Our guest rooms are situated on the first and second floors. Please be aware that we don’t have a lift, step-free access, or wheelchair-accessible rooms—all areas are reached via staircases only. Given the building’s design, it may not suit guests with limited mobility or those who can’t manage stairs independently. For health and safety reasons, our staff aren’t able to assist with carrying guests up or down the stairs.

If you use a wheelchair, mobility scooter, walking aid, or have other accessibility needs, we’d strongly suggest contacting us before booking so we can give you precise details about our facilities and limitations. Guests with visual impairments are always welcome, though it’s important to know that accessing all rooms requires stair use. Whenever possible, our team will help with reasonable requests like offering verbal directions or answering questions about access ahead of your stay.

In an emergency evacuation, guests must be able to use the stairs to exit safely, as we don’t have an evacuation lift.
