Set within the historic Yuso Monastery—a UNESCO World Heritage Site—this former stop on the Camino de Santiago pilgrimage route now operates as a charming hotel. It safeguards some of the oldest manuscripts ever written in Spanish and Basque.
Guest rooms at Hosteria del Monasterio de San Millan offer elegant comfort and sweeping mountain views, along with complimentary Wi-Fi, a selection of satellite TV channels, and a pillow menu for personalized rest.
Dining at the hotel includes an à-la-carte restaurant that highlights regional cuisine paired with celebrated Rioja wines. For lighter fare, the on-site café—housed in the monastery’s original kitchen—serves snacks and drinks.
The hotel is within a 45-minute drive of both Logroño's picturesque streets and the lush Sierra de Cebollera. A golf course lies just 8 km away, while a municipal swimming pool is only five minutes by car.
Couples love the setting, giving the location a 9.4 rating for two-person getaways.
