The location was great.
Loved the view from the rooftop balcony.
We loved the rooftop and stunning view of the Cathedral.
The apartment is central and close to everything.
It is well equipped with everything we needed.
The apartment was extremely clean and well equipped.
There were lots of steps to get to the apartment and its surrounding areas.
Overall, there were some issues with stairs and access to certain amenities.
Communication was good overall, especially regarding transportation arrangements.
Prior to arrival, Noemi was attentive and flexible with our check-in process.
The elevator was not functional during our stay.
Service at check-in was great, but additional items like wine and coffee machines were disappointing.
