Guests reserving 3 or more rooms should be aware that a deposit of 50% of the total cost will be charged 30 days before arrival. If the booking is made within 30 days of arrival, this 50% deposit will be taken immediately. Please note that this deposit is non-refundable in case of cancellation or changes to the reservation.

Upon check-in, a pre-authorization of £100 will be placed on your credit card to cover any incidental charges. A government-issued photo ID must be presented at check-in, and a credit card is required for incidentals. For stays where payment is made at the property rather than at booking, an authorization hold will be placed on your card for these charges.

You must show the same credit card used to make the reservation at check-in. According to our hotel policy, all special requests must be confirmed via email by authorized staff to be valid for future billing or commission adjustments.

If a booking is marked as non-refundable or non-cancellable, any cancellation will be subject to a 100% charge, no matter when the cancellation is made.

Children aged 10 and above will incur extra bed charges. A photo ID and credit card are required at check-in. Please note that special requests depend on availability and may come with extra costs.

Kindly inform Lucky 8 Hotel of your expected arrival time in advance using the Special Requests box during booking or by contacting the property via the details in your confirmation. Guests under 18 must check in with a parent or official guardian.

A damage deposit of £100 is due upon arrival, collected by credit card. This will be refunded within 7 days of check-out, subject to an inspection of the property.
