Pound Corner

Pound Corner is powered by 100% renewable sources , supported by solar panels and an air source heat pump. We offer three self-catering apartments, Flat 1 ground floor pet friendly double , Flat 2 first floor twin bed and Flat 3 the large family flat at the top . Pets can be accommodate only with permission and by request and are not permitted in Flat 2 , the first floor twin bed apartment . The apartments have fully equipped kitchens , sitting and dining areas . Guests have shared use the laundry room and small garden at the back. All rooms have free full fibre broadband with fast upload and download speeds and Sky TV. Each flat has one off road parking space and EV charging is available (charges apply). Pound Corner is in Farncombe on the outskirts of Godalming with easy access to country walks , Broadwater Park and lake, and the Wey Navigation canal . There are local shops within a 5-minute walk, including a butcher, Indian restaurant, fast food outlets and a Co-op supermarket. Guildford is 7.7 km from the property and is easily accessed by bus directly outside Pound corner or by train . Farncombe Railway Station is a 10 minute walk with direct trains to London Waterloo taking about 45 minutes. The A3 passes close to Pound Corner, running between London and Portsmouth . The historic market town of Godalming is a 15-minute walk away and has a variety of shops and restaurants. Local land mark Watts Chapel is 3.8 km away.
