For reservations of five or more suites, groups will follow specific terms and conditions due to their size. Security deposits of £100 per Studio Suite or One Bedroom Suite for stays of six nights or less, and £250 per Two Bedroom Suite or higher category for stays of seven nights or longer, are mandatory. Deposits are payable either in advance or at check-in. Upon departure, the security deposit will be released after deducting any incidental damages or unpaid charges, though this process might take up to seven working days for certain payment methods. Additional charges could be applied if any smoking violations occur during stays. Guests must provide photo ID and a credit card for check-in, and special requests should be made as they may have restrictions or additional costs attached. This property does not allow hens, stags, or other similar types of parties. Children under eighteen years old require a parent or legal guardian's accompaniment.
