The Big House

The Big House features a 24-hour front desk.

Each room at this homestay is air conditioned and has a flat-screen TV with satellite channels. Views of the lake, garden or city are featured in certain rooms. Every room includes a private bathroom fitted with a bath. Extras include free toiletries and a hairdryer.

Negombo is 39 miles from the property. The nearest airport is Bandaranaike International Airport, 32 miles from the property.

There will be a credit card commission (bank service charge) of 3.5% of the total value. If the payments are from cash (local/major currency) there will be no commission or service charge of 3.5%.

Any damages done to the property will have to be repaired immediately and paid in cash by the guest.

Wifi is not to download movies etc. It has to be used responsibly as it has limited wifi package.
