Tucked away in Rantepao, Rura Raya Homestay welcomes guests with its distinctive Torajan architecture, blending local heritage with everyday ease.
Inside, the rooms keep that traditional charm but don’t skimp on modern touches. Think polished hardwood floors, a TV, and a dining setup—perfect for relaxed mornings. Step out onto the balcony to soak in mountain views, or unwind on the terrace overlooking the garden. Each private bathroom is fitted with a shower and fresh towels, so everything you need is right there.
The front desk is open around the clock, ready to sort out luggage storage, laundry, or quick ironing fixes. If you’re planning to explore further, airport transfers, shuttle runs, and car rentals can be arranged for an extra fee. On top of that, the team helps with tickets, organises tours, and even handles currency exchange.
What really stands out is the spot’s appeal for couples—they’ve given it a glowing 9.1 rating for two-person getaways.
