When it comes to relaxing, there’s plenty to choose from: a seasonal outdoor pool, an open-air soaking area, and a hot tub await guests. Active types can make use of the fitness room, the games room, or the playground for kids. Complimentary bicycles are also available for those wanting to cycle through the nearby countryside.
Breakfast is served as a buffet each morning, with additional refreshments available at the poolside bar and coffee shop. Spots to unwind include a shared lounge, an outdoor terrace, and designated picnic areas.
The location is especially handy—Mirabilandia theme park sits just 3.7 km away, Cervia’s thermal baths and Pineta are 13 km off, and Ravenna’s train station is reachable within 16 km.

Very nice owner. Hassle free check-in. Room clean, the surrounding area very quiet with easy access to Arezzo. Great and tasty breakfast.
