Tour Description

Starting from Arusha at 06:00 am on Day 1, the tour commences with a journey along Tamark Road lasting approximately three to four hours before descending into the Ngorongoro Crater. This descent leads us to a breathtaking elevation of 600 meters above sea level, offering panoramic views of the surrounding landscape.

Ngorongoro Crater stands as one of the most densely populated African wildlife areas globally, boasting an estimated 30,000 inhabitants, including significant numbers of Tanzanian black rhinos. The craters' abundant natural resources, supported by a consistent water supply and ample grazing grounds, sustain a diverse array of fauna. Notably, these habitats support herds of wildebeests, zebras, buffaloes, elands, warthogs, hippos, and giant African elephants. Additionally, the crater's rich ecosystem attracts a substantial number of predators, such as lions, hyenas, jackals, cheetahs, and elusive leopards, whose presence may necessitate keen observation skills. During our stay here, we will indulge in a picnic lunch within the crater's expansive terrain.

In the latter part of the day, after exploring the captivating flora and fauna of the Ngorongoro Crater, we proceed to return to Arusha. Upon arrival, guests will be dropped off at their designated location.
