Itinerary

DAY 1:
ARRIVAL ENTEBBE:
The Guide picks you up upon your arrival at Entebbe airport, and transfers to your hotel. Approximately 10-15 minutes drive.
Dinner and overnight at The Boma Hotel (B&B).

DAY 2
TRANSFER TO KIDEPO VALLEY NATIONAL PARK:
You will be transferred to Kidepo Valley National Park. This afternoon you can either take a game drive around the lodge area or perhaps recover from a long drive with a refreshing dip in the stunning swimming pool. Approximately 10 – 11 hours’ drive.

DAY 3
GAME DRIVE IN KIDEPO VALLEY NATIONAL PARK:
After an early breakfast, go for a morning game drive to Kanangorok hot spring.
Dinner and overnight at Kidepo Savannah Lodge (FB).


DAY 4
KIDEPO VALLEY NATIONAL PARK:
After breakfast, we will visit the abandoned Katurum Lodge. Built by Idi Amin, this impressive structure is worth a visit for the views alone. Visit the bird hide and enjoy a guided nature walk.
Dinner and overnight at Kidepo Savannah lodge (FB).


DAY 5
TRANSFER TO MURCHISON FALLS NATIONAL PARK:
Early morning transfer to Murchison Falls National Park. You will visit top of the falls in the afternoon. Approximately 8 – 9 hours’ drive
Dinner and overnight at Ikorom Safari lodge (FB).


DAY 6
GAME DRIVE AND BOAT TRIP IN MURCHISON FALLS NATIONAL PARK:
After Breakfast, you will do a dawn morning game drive search for the “Big Five” (Buffaloes, Hippos, and leopards). Return to your lodge for lunch. After lunch, embark for 3 hours afternoon boat safari to the bottom of Falls.
Meals and overnight at Ikorom Safari Lodge (FB).


DAY 7
DRIVE TO KIBALE FOREST NATIONAL PARK:
Early morning drive to Kibale National Park. Approximately 7-8 hours.
Meals and overnight at Turaco Treetops Lodge (FB).


DAY 8
CHIMPANZEE TREKKING IN KIBALE THEN TRANSFER TO LAKE MBURO NATIONAL PARK
Early morning trek for chimpanzees and transfer drive to lake Mburo National Park in the afternoon. Approximately 3 – 4 hours’ drive.
Meals and overnight at Rwakobo Safari Lodge (FB).


DAY 9
Game Drive and Boat trip in Lake Mburo National Park.
You will do morning a game drive. and afternoon 2 hours boat excursion.
Meals and overnight at Rwakobo Safari Lodge (FB).


DAY 10
Morning Safari Walk Then Transfer to Semuliki National Park:
You will do a safari walk on foot. This activity is suitable for those who would like to stretch their legs and view wildlife on foot and then drive to semuliki national park in the afternoon. (Approximately 4-5 hours’ drive).
Meals and overnight at Nyati Game Lodge (FB)


DAY 11
MORNING TOUR OF SEMULIKI THEN TRANSFER TO QUEEN ELIZABETH NATIONAL PARK:
This morning we go for a morning nature walk to the hot springs and visit the Batwa people who live in the forest. Thereafter drive south into Queen Elizabeth National Park. Approximately 3 – 4 hours’ drive
Meals and overnight at Queen Elizabeth Bush Lodge (FB).


DAY 12
GAME DRIVE AND BOAT TRIP IN QUEEN ELIZABETH N.P
After Breakfast, you will do a dawn morning game drive and afternoon boat safari.
Meals and overnight at Queen Elizabeth Bush Lodge (FB).

DAY 13
TRANSFER TO BWINDI FOREST:
After breakfast, drive to Bwindi impenetrable national park, you will do cultural experiences in the afternoon. (Approximately 5-6 hours’ drive).
Meals and overnight at Rushaga Gorilla Havens lodge (FB)

DAY 14
GORILLA TREKKING IN BWINDI FOREST
Begin the day with breakfast ready for trekking, which begins at 7:30 a.m. with a briefing. Ensure to carry along with you a rain jacket, drinking water, snacks, jungle boots, etc.

DAY 15
TRANSFER TO KAMPALA:
Return to Kampala in the morning. (Approximately 8-9 hours’ drive).
Meals and overnight at Speke Hotel Kampala (FB)


DAY 16
TRANSFER TO JINJA SOURCE OF RIVER NILE:
Early morning drive to Jinja, You will do 15km white water rafting and 2 hours Nile sunset cruise in the evening, Approximately 2 -3 hours’ drive
Meals and overnight at The Haven Lodge (FB)


DAY 17
SOURCE OF RIVER NILE:
You will do a horseback ride in the morning and 2 hours Nile midday cruise in the afternoon.
Meals and overnight at The Haven Lodge (FB)


DAY 18
TRANSFER TO ENTEBBE
Our guide will pick you up and transfer to Entebbe airport for your flight back home. Approximately 3 - 4 hours’ drive.
