2 Days in Southeast of Armenia

Our itinerary includes exploring the southern region of Armenia, followed by an overnight stay in the city of Goris.

Upon waking after breakfast, guests will depart for an enchanting journey into the southeastern regions of Armenia. This exploration begins with a visit to the majestic Khor Virap Monastery, offering panoramic views of the sacred Mount Ararat. Following this, guests will proceed to Areni Village, embarking upon a delightful vineyard tasting session featuring a diverse array of local wines. Subsequently, they will traverse through Gnishik Canyon, captivated by its breathtaking scenery as they progress towards Noravank Monastery perched atop striking pink cliffs.

Enriched by their experiences at Areni, guests will then proceed to Jermuk Spa Resort, where they may indulge in rejuvenating treatments amidst the serene beauty of the region. Their itinerary concludes with a visit to Jermuk Waterfall, providing them with a refreshing respite from the sun's heat.

Following the day's activities, guests will restock at a charming accommodation nestled within the picturesque Syunik Province, close to the historic city of Goris. In the early morning hours, they will commence their journey to the Old Khndzoresk Cave Town, engaging in a guided tour through these ancient dwellings. Here, visitors can marvel at the iconic Winging Bridge, a testament to Armenian engineering prowess.

Continuing their ascent, guests will board the Tever Cable Car Station, experiencing the world's longest aerial cable car ride. They will proceed to Tatev Monastery, admiring its architectural splendor before concluding their journey with a scenic drive to Yerevan. Along the way, they will pause at Shaki Waterfall, savoring the cool mist that cascades down the mountainside, creating a perfect atmosphere for relaxation and contemplation.
