Travel Itinerary

Day 1: Mombasa to Tsavo West National Park

Our driver will commence our journey early in the morning from your Mombasa hotel and proceed towards Tsavo West National Park. This destination is renowned for its spectacular landscapes, including Mzima Springs, diverse wildlife, a well-developed road network, and a rhino sanctuary. Upon arrival, we will enjoy a light meal and then proceed to Ngulia Safari Lodge for accommodation and further activities.

Day 2: Tsavo West to Amboseli National Park

In the morning, after breakfast, we embark on a game drive within Tsavo West National Park. From here, we head towards Amboseli National Park, characterized by its breathtaking views against the backdrop of snow-capped Mount Kilimanjaro. We arrive around midday, spend some time at the lodge, and then relax before embarking on another game drive.

Day 3: Full Day Amboseli National Park

We begin our day with an early morning game drive to explore Mount Kilimanjaro's majestic peak and observe various wildlife. Alternatively, we may opt for a full-day game drive with picnic lunches or engage in both morning and afternoon game watching sessions.

Amboseli National Park is celebrated for its picturesque scenery featuring the iconic snow-capped Mount Kilimanjaro dominating the landscape. Upon arrival, we check into AA Lodge Amboseli and relish a light dinner. Following this, we undertake another game drive searching for notable species such as the elusive red elephants, lions known as the "Man-eaters of Tsavo," buffaloes, cheetahs, giraffes, hippos, and antelopes.

For those keen on exploring the Aruba Dam, a prime spot for observing wildlife, we plan a visit there during the dry season. Our final activity involves a buffet lunch before concluding our day's adventure with a return trip to our lodge.

Day 4: Amboseli to Tsavo East National Park

Starting our day with a hearty breakfast, we set out on a game drive to Tsavo East National Park. Here, we aim to encounter the famed red elephants, lions dubbed "The Man-Eaters of Tsavo," buffalo, cheetahs, giraffes, and other antelope species. At the end of our exploration, we stop at a nearby restaurant for lunch.

Following lunch, we continue our game drive through the vast Tsavo East National Park, which boasts an array of smaller and larger mammals along with numerous bird species. Our evening concludes with a sunset game drive, offering stunning views of the park’s expansive terrain.

Day 5: Tsavo East to Mombasa

After breakfast, we embark on our final game drive heading towards Mombasa. As we approach Mombasa, we might witness the presence of predators or perhaps even spot them along the way. Finally, we make our way back to the airport or hotel.
