Day 1: Departing from Moshi, we proceed towards Marangu Gate, where essential formalities are conducted prior to embarking upon our treks. Commencing at the foot of a lush, verdant rainforest, the trail ascends steadily. Upon reaching the boundary of the forest canopy, one encounters blue monkeys perched amidst the treetops. As the path broadens, the view expands to reveal picturesque hillside vistas. We eventually arrive at Mandara Hut, marking the commencement of our journey.

At Gilman’s Point, the spectacle of sunrise illuminating Mawenzi Peak becomes unparalleled.
