Day 1: Upon arrival at Entebbe International Airport, guests will be picked up by a professional driver-guide who will promptly transport them to Murchison Falls National Park. At the entrance of the park, guests will check into their accommodation, Mama Washindi Lodge.

Day 2: In the morning, guests will embark on a game drive through Uganda’s largest national park, covering vast plains teeming with wildlife. Expect sightings of lions, leopards, and numerous bird species throughout the drive. Following lunch, guests will take a boat trip to the base of Murchison Falls before embarking on a guided walk to the waterfall’s summit. This day concludes with a stay at Hornbill Bush Lodge.

Day 3: Guests will depart for Kibale National Park, arriving and checking into their accommodation, Rubalika Safari Lodge & Farm, followed by dinner and overnight stays.

Day 4: They will begin the day with a briefing regarding the rules for chimpanzee trekking. Afterwards, guests will participate in a chimpanzee trekking activity within the Kibale Forest. Accommodation will remain at Irungu Safari Lodge.

Day 5: Early mornings will kick off with a game drive across the Kasenyi Plains, seeking out Cape buffaloes, elephant herds, and other large predators such as lions and leopards. Post-lunch, guests will enjoy a two-hour boat trip on the Kazinga Channel connecting Lakes George and Edward. Their accommodations are at Irungu Safari Lodge.

Day 6: After breakfast, guests will travel to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park via the Ishasha Sector of Queen Elizabeth National Park, which is renowned for its resident tree-climbing lions. A ranger briefing will follow this activity, enhancing understanding of conservation practices and local culture. Guests will continue to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park.

Day 7: Guests will start their day with a briefing at the rangers’ post regarding the rules for gorilla trekking. Proceeding to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park, guests will join a gorilla trekking expedition led by experienced guides. Once positioned near a gorilla family, guests can expect approximately one hour spent with them. The final part of the day includes a transfer to Lake Bunyonyi.

Day 8: After breakfast, guests will return to their hotel, enjoying scenic views of the Bunyonyi Islands while relaxing. Later, they will board a return flight to Entebbe International Airport.
