Meet your guide at the entrance of La Casa del Aceite, located in the Plaza de la Constitución in Baeza. As you enter, begin to discover the culture of olive oil in Jaén, learning the basics of this precious product.

From the first crops through to the variety of olive trees and plantations in Baeza and to the differences in the quality of the olive oils produced. Through images, see how the picking of the olives and the production of the oil is usually done.

Afterwards, sit at the table and taste 3 olive oils of different varieties to appreciate the sensory qualities of each one of them. For the tasting, have an official blue or red tasting glass and a card to write down all the notes that you pick up on while you taste them.
