Departure is met 15 minutes prior to the scheduled start, ensuring ample time for preparation and acclimatization. This experience lasts approximately six hours and forty-five minutes, including a thirty-minute pause at the mountaintop for panoramic views.

Participants should bring appropriate attire, consisting of a waterproof windbreaker, a comfortable backpack, a warm sweater, quick-dry shorts, a hat, a sun-hat or visor, sunscreen, sunglasses, water, and light snacks. It is essential to pack a towel as well; these amenities will facilitate the transition back to shore.

We highly recommend wearing footwear suitable for outdoor activities due to the varied terrain encountered during the expedition. Additionally, due to tidal variations, latecomers may not be accommodated if they miss their departure time.
