Upon our departure from the hotel/airbnb, we shall commence our journey by visiting the Trou aux Cerfs Crater. This dormant volcano offers a breathtaking array of lush vegetation and tropical flora, ensuring that your visit leaves you in awe.

Next, we shall proceed towards the largest reservoir in the island nation, the Mare aux Vacoas. Witnessing this natural wonder will undoubtedly transport you into a world of tranquility and beauty.

Our next destination is the Grand Bassin, featuring both the Hindu temple and sacred lake. Here, you can immerse yourself in the serene atmosphere while admiring the magnificent architecture and water features.

Following these initial stops, we shall continue our tour by venturing into the 7 Colored Earth Geopark and exploring the charming Chamaral waterfall. These natural wonders offer a unique opportunity to witness the vibrant colors of volcanic rock cascading down the cliffs.

Following our meal, we shall venture further into the countryside to explore the Chamarel Rum Distillery. Here, you will gain insight into the traditional craftsmanship behind creating authentic Mauritian Rum.

To cap off our day's adventure, we will conclude our journey by visiting the Gorge Viewpoint. From here, you'll enjoy panoramic vistas of the rural landscape of the Black River district and the majestic peaks of Le Morne Brabant Mountain.
