We'll cook with oil produced from our olive trees and with vegetables grown in our garden. We'll savor that we cooked during the lesson , sipping red wine produced our farmer.
You will be immersed in a wonderful atmosphere, in Villa on a charming hill in Val di Chiana. Surrounded by woodland where you can see squirrel, hares and deer.

Still today, I remember the penne with tomato that I used to eat at Nursery School, the onions from my aunt Elisa’s vegetable patch which we used to eat with vinaigrette, my mum’s crostini with patè, picnics with the whole family and the milk and biscuits which my father used to prepare for me every morning.
