In this experience you will be able to learn how to make Pesto, the local Trofie pasta and Tiramisù starting from scratch.
The experience takes place in a XVI century private house in Riomaggiore where you will find the table ready and, after a glass of prosecco we can start working to create the best pesto, trofie and tiramisù you have ever tasted and enjoy a wonderful terrace overlooking the sea.
We will start with the Tiramisù, which must remain in the refrigerator to cool down, to immediately move on to the preparation of the best Genoese Pesto by pounding all the ingredients in a mortar, according to the traditional technique and according to the recipe of my grandmother who, with her personal mortar, he used to prepare it when I was little. Then we will prepare the local Trofie pasta which you can finally taste with the sauce you have made and a glass of wine; among pleasant chat you will discover the history and tradition behind which the flavors of Ligurian cuisine are hidden. Finally, the most famous Italian dessert awaits you, the creamy tiramisù which with its foamy consistency will let you forget the stairs you took to get to my kitchen.
