Begin the walking tour in Founders Plaza at the Old Wooded Cabin. Learn about the origins of the city Dallas and how it became the 5th largest metropolitan area in the United States. Then, walk to the JFK Memorial, a somber white cenotaph that reflects the emptiness and despair that Americans felt when they heard the news. Discover the untold story of Jackie Kennedy's immense suffering after witnessing her husband's tragic demise.

Continue to Dealey Plaza where you will learn, step by step, how that tragic day unfolded. Learn more about the life of assassin Lee Harvey Oswald. Decide for yourself if he acted alone or if he was part of a wider conspiracy to assassinate the 35th President of the United States.

Stand in the very place where Abraham Zapruder captured the famous footage of the assassination, and see where "X" marks the spot on the road where the bullet struck its fatal blow. Finish the tour on the Grassy Knoll where some witnesses said they heard a second shot and saw a "puff of smoke" rising from behind the fence.
