Este viaje histórico te permite explorar las antiguas rutas de la región fértil del Chubut, donde se utilizaban estas vías para obtener combustible forestal durante la década de 1940. Hoy en día, estos caminos han convertido en un tesoro natural para admirar sus curvas y colinas, proporcionando una vista panorámica única sobre el paisaje verde de la provincia de Tierra del Fuego.
Esta ruta inicia con el traslado desde nuestras instalaciones hasta la antigua senda de los Hacheros en el valle de Tierra Mayor. Este camino, utilizado durante la década de los '40 para la recolección de leña, proporciona acceso a diversos puntos emblemáticos del paisaje fueguino, incluyendo el Valle Carbajal, la Sierra Sorondo y el Cerro Bonete. La jornada culmina en la espectacular Cascada Beban y en la impresionante vista panorámica.
Desde Native Adventure, disponemos de dos horarios de salida: 9:00 am y 14:00 pm. Durante este viaje, se cubren aproximadamente 30 km, con una duración total de 7 horas.
El inicio del recorrido se encuentra en las instalaciones de Native Adventure (con una breve reunión de seguridad), seguido del traslado hasta el punto inicial de la senda Laguna Esmeralda. A continuación, realizamos un desvio hacia la senda de los Hacheros en dirección este. Posteriormente, cruzamos el Puente del Río Esmeralda. Una vez allí, realizamos una trifulución, luego procedemos a descender al sendero de la Cascada Beban.
Finalmente, salimos del bosque, ascendiendo a través de paisajes abiertos. Nos dirigimos hacia la cascada Beban, donde detenemos el recorrido para realizar una infusión. Después, retornamos por el bosque hasta llegar al mirador situado sobre la Ruta Nacional N° 3.
