Essener Stadtrundfahrten

Villa Hügel, Essen, Germany

Ruhrgebiet-Stadtrundfahrten

Experience Essen through this double-decker bus tour, where you will enjoy informative commentary as you travel.

Travel aboard a double-decker bus through Essen, embarking on both the northern and southern routes for an immersive exploration of this vibrant metropolis. Commence your journey from Akazienallee, near the Central Station, and proceed along the northern route which traverses Kennedyplatz and Berliner Platz, passing the Limbecker Platz shopping complex. Marvel at the Zollverein Coal Mine World Heritage Site, then return to Akazienallee via the circular route.

Alternatively, embark on the southern route starting at the Folkwang Museum and subsequently heading towards Margarethenhöhe. Proceed to Grugapark, offering panoramic views of the Baldeneysee, followed by a visit to the Essen Exhibition Center. Conclude your trip at the Philharmonie, returning once again to Akazienallee.

Unfortunately, due to ongoing construction activities on the new city railway, our traditional "Haus der Technik/Hbf" stop has been discontinued. Instead, visitors may opt for the newly established "Akazienallee (near main station)," approximately 100 meters away on foot, conveniently situated alongside the tourist information office at Kettwiger Straße.
