Excursion to the Perolniyoc waterfall + lunch

Discover an enchanting natural wonder - Perolniyoc, a picturesque waterfall renowned for its distinctive profile reminiscent of a delicate wedding veil.

Upon arrival at your accommodation, we shall proceed to pick you up promptly at 6:00 AM. Our itinerary commences with a journey along the sacred routes of the Sacred Valley, culminating at the ancient Incan city of Ollantaytambo, which will take approximately one and a half hours. Upon reaching Ollantaytambo, we will make a brief stop to purchase essential items and access public facilities.

Following this initial segment, we will embark on a trek towards the quaint village of Socma, situated just 25 minutes away. During our ascent, we will engage with the local community, gaining insight into their daily lives. Subsequently, we will traverse the rugged terrain toward the Archaeological Centre of Racaypata, located at an elevation of 3,500 meters above sea level. Here, we will receive a comprehensive explanation regarding the functions and significance of the site.

As we descend through breathtaking landscapes, we shall reach the picturesque Perolniyoc Waterfall, boasting a remarkable height difference of around 100 meters. This natural marvel offers an unparalleled opportunity to immerse oneself in the serene surroundings, breathe deeply, and savour the purity of the air. Additionally, guests will have the chance to explore the underwater world surrounding the waterfall, enjoying crystal-clear waters and stunning vistas.

Our final destination is the charming town of Urubamba, where we will partake in a delightful traditional lunch before returning to the city of Cusco. Thereafter, we will escort you back to your accommodation in Cusco, ensuring a smooth transition back to your hotel.
