Team Ohana offers an affordable family-oriented bodyboarding program designed to enhance family bonding while providing personalized attention in a group setting. This comprehensive approach ensures that each participant experiences significant improvement alongside enjoyable recreational activities. Family lessons typically involve at least one child aged 12 or younger accompanied by a parent or guardian. Additional family members may join the session, though children under six years old might benefit from a separate private lesson but continue to participate in the family group.

Enroll in Team Ohana’s surf school bus service to conveniently transport you from your accommodation in Waikiki to the beach and beyond. Enjoy the comfort of our fully equipped, climate-controlled shuttle known for its distinctive design featuring our brand logo. Upon arrival, our experienced staff will greet you promptly at various hotel pickup points. Once aboard, you’ll be driven smoothly to Team Ohana Surf Center located within the Waikiki Beach Marriott, offering easy access from numerous Waikiki hotels.

Upon reaching the center, families undergo orientation sessions focusing on past experiences, swimming proficiency, or specific needs before embarking on a tailored bodyboarding lesson. Participants receive high-quality boards and appropriate gear, ensuring they feel prepared for their aquatic adventure. As soon as they’re confident enough, instructors secure them onto their boards, slip on protective fins, and dive into the waves.

Following the lesson, participants return to the center to review photos, watch video footage, engage with our professional photographer, or purchase merchandise. Alternatively, they can head straight to their designated drop-off location or depart immediately upon completion.
