From Cusco Rainbow Mountain with Buffet lunch and Breakfast

We will undertake an expedition to explore one of the newly introduced natural marvels of Cusco. Our journey commences at an auspicious hour, with pickup services beginning between 04:00 and 04:20 AM from your accommodation in Cusco. Embarking on a picturesque drive of approximately two hours southeastward, we will traverse through lush terrains towards the Cusipata-Paucarpata region. Upon arrival, we shall partake in a sumptuous breakfast.

Following the meal, we will proceed via automobile for a duration of one hour to reach the designated checkpoint known as Llaqto. Here, our expedition begins, taking approximately one hour and twenty minutes to traverse through the rugged landscapes of the Andean mountains. Along this journey, we shall have the opportunity to observe the distinctive flora and fauna native to these elevated regions, particularly noteworthy are the majestic Llamas and Alpacas.

Upon reaching the peak of Vinicunca or the Mountain of Colors (at an elevation of 5080 meters above sea level), our experienced guide will elucidate on the geological structure, ecological system, and hues of the mountain. At this juncture, we shall be afforded ample time to capture scenic photographs, thereby immortalizing our memorable encounter with nature's splendor.

Proceeding along the same route, we shall embark upon our descent back towards Llaqto. Our vehicle awaits to escort us back to the starting point. Subsequently, we shall indulge in a hearty buffet lunch, allowing ample time to digest and savor each morsel.

After lunch, we shall commence our homeward bound journey, anticipated to conclude by late afternoon. The final destination will be situated close to the historic Plaza de Armas of Cusco, marking the conclusion of our adventurous escapade amidst the breathtaking vistas of Peru.
