Itinerary:

At 8:00 a.m., we will pick you up from your hotel in Huaraz and commence our journey northward through the province of Huaylas. Our destination is Paron Lake, one of the largest and most captivating lakes within the renowned Cordillera Blanca range.

Upon arrival, we shall observe the picturesque landscapes of the snow-covered peaks of Caraz and Piramide. Subsequently, we will proceed towards the northeastern section of the Callejón de Huaylas until reaching the town of Caraz. From there, we will embark on a mini-bus ride to the lagoon.

Our guided walk commences upon arriving at the lagoon, lasting approximately an hour and a half. This trek will provide panoramic views of the spectacular Cordillera Blanca, complemented by the magnificent Paron Lagoon, which is the largest natural freshwater lake in the region.

During the break at the lagoon, you may relax and appreciate the surroundings. After recharging your energy, we will resume our ascent towards Caraz. Upon reaching Caraz, we will indulge in a traditional treat known as manjar blanco.

Lastly, after enjoying this delightful snack, we will return to your hotel in Huaraz around 5:30 p.m.
