Day 01: Departure from Lukla to Phakding (2652 meters or 8699 feet). The walking distance spans approximately 8 kilometers, with a duration of 3 hours.
Day 02: Travel from Phakding to Namche Bazaar (3440 meters or 11283 feet). The journey covers roughly 10 to 12 kilometers, lasting for 6 hours.
Day 03: An acclimatization day spent hiking to Everest View Hotel (3962 meters or 12995 feet). The walking distance measures around 3 to 4 kilometers, taking 3 to 4 hours.
Day 04: Traverse from Namche Bazaar to Tengboche (3860 meters or 12660 feet). The trek encompasses a walk of approximately 10 to 11 kilometers, requiring 5 hours.
Day 05: Proceed to Tengboche via a hike covering 11 to 12 kilometers, lasting 5 hours.
Day 06: Another day dedicated to acclimatization, during which trekkers make their way to Nagarjun Hill and return, covering distances of 5 to 6 kilometers with a duration of 4 to 5 hours.
Day 07: Head to Lobuche (4910 meters or 16105 feet) after a strenuous hike of 11 to 12 kilometers, followed by another ascent to Gorakshep (5180 meters or 16990 feet), where the trail descends to Gorakshep, before returning to Gorakshep, walking 14 to 15 kilometers with a duration of 8 hours.
Day 08: The final leg of the journey involves trekking from Gorakshep to Kala Patthar (5545 meters or 18237 feet), followed by a descent to Pheriche (4210 meters or 13810 feet) over a distance of 13 to 14 kilometers, totaling 7 hours.
Day 09: From Pheriche, the trek leads to Namche (3440 meters or 11283 feet) before concluding with a journey back to Lukla (2800 meters or 9184 feet) over a distance of 18 to 19 kilometers, completing the loop within 7 hours.
