Itinerary:
At 9:00 am, we will collect you at your accommodations and proceed to the Tambopata National Reserve via a journey approximately ten minutes long. Upon arrival, we will commence our expedition by embarking on a three-kilometer hiking trail. This adventure will allow us to observe various wildlife, including monkeys and snakes, up close.
As seasoned adventurers, we shall traverse the dense Amazonian vegetation, encountering macaws alongside other fauna. Our path will eventually lead us to Lake Sandoval, an enchanting spot within the reserve's boundaries.
To explore this serene lake further, we will embark upon a leisurely canoe ride. Onboard, we will encounter diverse aquatic life, such as river otters and black caimans. Post-trip, we will gather at a nearby restaurant for a satisfying meal.
Following our meal, we will transport ourselves back to Puerto Maldonado, whereupon we will escort you to your hotel at 5:30 pm. This concludes our exciting trip through the lush Amazonian wilderness and Lake Sandoval.
