Prepare to board the vessel at 30 minutes prior to departure, where you will meet your welcoming crew members. Secure your vehicle with your car keys left at the reception desk. Subsequently, embark on a brief 10-minute bus ride to reach the designated starting point near the riverbank. Your experienced captain will promptly launch the craft, imparting essential paddling guidelines, and commence the downstream journey.
Your adventure begins on a tranquil stretch of four miles, offering ample opportunities to familiarize yourself with the water dynamics and adapt to the new environment. The challenging rapids materialize during the subsequent four miles, featuring a notable landmark known as "Bonecrusher." Regularly paused points allow passengers to safely enter the swift waters for a momentary dip into the pristine glacial currents should they wish to enjoy the experience.
As the day progresses, your raft traverses beneath the historical Belton Bridge, marking the concluding phase of your journey. Following the final leg of the descent, a brisk walk will lead you back to the nearby partner’s office in the quaint town of West Glacier.

During peak summer months, typically spanning June through early July, the excursion spans approximately two and a half hours. From mid-July to early August, it extends to three hours, while the extended season segment, lasting from mid-August until the conclusion of the annual cycle, concludes with an average travel time of just under three and a half hours.
