Upon completion of equipment delivery and addressing associated safety concerns within the Snowcastle area, our team embarks upon crossing the Ostrobothnian Sea Ice, traversing an initial distance of 0. 8 kilometers towards the picturesque Laitakari Island. Our expert guides then introduce us to the fundamental principles of navigating over this icy landscape and the unique snow conditions characteristic of the region. Upon arrival at Laitakari, participants are invited to explore its rich historical heritage, which includes the remnants of the once-active Kemi Saw Mill.
