At 9:00 AM, we shall rendezvous at Centro Histórico, Parque de los Novios, or Pozos Colorados, Bello Horizonte, followed by a comfortable transportation service taking us to Minca. Upon arrival, we will embark upon a two-hour guided hiking adventure through the dense Minca jungle, immersing ourselves in the diverse flora and fauna of the region.

During our excursion, there is an opportunity to delve into the rich history and cultural significance of Santa Marta, with insights into the traditional practices surrounding coffee cultivation and processing. Following our visit to a hacienda, we will sample artisanal coffee products prepared under expert hands, allowing us to savor the flavors firsthand.

Post-watershed refreshment, we will proceed towards a bamboo house nestled amidst nature, where we will indulge in a sumptuous gourmet lunch featuring locally sourced ingredients such as fresh vegetables, meats, and aromatic side dishes.
