Upon your arrival, you shall be met by a representative from Churen Himal Treks (CHT), who will assist you with your customs formalities such as obtaining your visa or other necessary documents. Following this, proceed to collect your luggage and locate the designated area marked with a Churen Himal Treks and Expedition signboard indicating the arrival gate. There, you will be transported to your hotel. Following your check-in, should there be sufficient time remaining before departure, you may wish to visit the CHT office to meet your trekking leader and fellow participants. This opportunity provides an ideal chance for further discussions regarding the itinerary and any last-minute preparations required for your upcoming expedition.
