Lima, Excursion to Lunahuaná and Cerro Azul

This expedition integrates an adventurous element with cultural exploration, featuring a rafting excursion along the Cañete River and opportunities for wine and honey sampling at local establishments.

During the designated timeframe between 5:00 and 6:20 a.m., clients will be picked up from various locations across Lima. Upon arrival, passengers will board a minibus bound southward, eventually reaching the city of Mala for breakfast after a two-hour drive.

Following the meal, the group will travel further southeast toward Cerro Azul, where they will spend approximately two hours exploring the vibrant district. During this period, visitors may enjoy strolling through artisanal markets or relaxing along the beachfront.

Upon concluding their exploration of Cerro Azul, travelers will proceed to Lunahuaná, where they will have ample opportunity to engage in leisure activities such as photography, surfing (on rafters equipped with life jackets), and admiring panoramic views from a hilltop vantage point overlooking the Cañete Valley.

After experiencing exhilarating moments onboard the rafts, participants will return to the mainland via a guided tour of Lunahuaná. They will then have one hour to explore the historic Plaza Mayor, Saint Mary's Church, and ascend to a scenic lookout point offering breathtaking vistas of the surrounding landscape.

In the late afternoon, guests will visit the La Reina de Lunahuaná Winery to gain insight into the complex processes involved in crafting premium wines and liquors. Visitors will also have the chance to sample these delicacies.

The final destination of the day will be Lima, which will be reached by approximately 9:00 p.m.
