Explore the picturesque landscapes and charming coastal towns of the Inner Basque Country during this full-day tour from Bilbao. Discover stunning valleys, picturesque fishing villages such as Getaria, and the historic city of San Sebastián.

We commence our journey departing from Bilbao, traversing through picturesque towns situated amidst mountainous landscapes. Our destination is Loyola, the birthplace and home of Saint Ignatius of Loyola, the spiritual founder of the Jesuit order. Upon arrival, we shall proceed to explore the awe-inspiring Basilica and the historic tower house, where Saint Ignatius spent his early years.

Following this, we will make our way to Getaria, a captivating medieval fishing village renowned for its illustrious residents, including Captain Juan Sebastián Elcano, the pioneering explorer who circumnavigated the globe via sea, as well as Cristóbal Balenciaga, the celebrated fashion icon.

Next, we will traverse through Zarauz, a charming coastal retreat characterized by its vast stretch of sand beaches within the province of Gipuzkoa. Our final leg of the journey will lead us to San Sebastián, where we embark upon an enchanting stroll through the ancient heart of the city, followed by ample opportunity to savor a leisurely meal.

In the latter part of the day, we will venture to Mount Igeldo, offering panoramic vistas of La Concha Bay. We conclude our trip back to Bilbao, setting sail into the night.
