Day 1: Arrival & Welcome
Upon arriving in Ulaanbaatar, guests will be transferred to their designated hotel. A welcome dinner hosted by the tour guide will commence upon arrival, providing an opportunity for introductions and further details regarding the itinerary.
Day 2: Introduction to Bayan Ulgii
The group will then proceed to Bayan Ulgii, the westernmost province of Mongolia, renowned for its Kazakh population and distinct cultural heritage. Upon reaching Ulgii, they will embark on a journey to a rural village, where an expert eagle hunter awaits to impart his rich traditions. Subsequently, the group will be warmly welcomed into the hunter’s home, offering an immersive experience through an authentic communal gathering. Following this, a joyful welcome party celebrating community solidarity will be held, highlighting the essence of Mongolian hospitality through a showcase of communal bonds.
A special evening meal featuring fresh lambs concludes the day, culminating in the celebrated Bes Barmak feast, symbolizing unity and shared narratives—a testament to the profound warmth inherent within Mongolian hospitality.
Day 3: Riding Experience
The morning begins with a captivating session conducted by skilled performers, unveiling the complexities of equestrian skills alongside majestic golden eagles. Participants will engage in learning ancient techniques from respected eagle hunters, preparing themselves for an extraordinary expedition into the Altai Mountains. Equipped with appropriate attire, participants will embark on an unforgettable hunting excursion, observing the exceptional alliance between eagle and master.
Throughout the journey, they will keep a keen eye out for elusive species such as foxes, rabbits, and the elusive Pallas cat. As they traverse rugged terrains, the landscape offers stunning vistas of the Altai Mountains, enhancing the overall experience.

Day 4: Golden Eagle Festival
This day marks the commencement of the Golden Eagle Festival. Guests will witness enthusiastic displays of traditional Kazakh attire and the presentation of eagle gear and decorations. Competitions and various traditional games will be observed, including Kokbar (goat-skin bag polo) and Kazakh archery, among others. Prizes awarded for outstanding performance in traditional costumes, eagle gear, and decorations highlight the festive spirit. Eagles will be evaluated based on their speed and agility during the competition.
During the festival, folkloric performances contribute significantly to the ambiance, making the event truly enchanting. Visitors are encouraged to capture numerous photographs and participate in holding the eagles and taking memorable pictures.
Following the festival, there will be ample time for relaxation, enjoying a buffet lunch before concluding with a thrilling tug-of-war competition dubbed “Tulam bulaah” or “Bushkashi,” an engaging activity involving several riders competing for control of a goat skin.
Day 5: Second Day of Golden Eagle Festival
The second day of the festival features a variety of national performances, beginning with Mongolian traditional dances and instrumental matches. Throat singing, known as khoomei, follows the conclusion of operations.
An elegant farewell party is organized at a nearby restaurant, followed by another sumptuous lunch and dinner.
Day 6: Departure
After spending a week immersed in the culture and natural beauty of Mongolia, guests will board a flight or travel to Terelj National Park, where they can enjoy a tranquil stay amidst serene Turtle Rock. Local families await, allowing visitors to relax and indulge in a ride on horseback. Afterward, they will return to Ulaanbaatar.

This day is dedicated to leisurely exploration and relaxation in the bustling capital city.
Day 8: Final Departure
The final day concludes with a transfer to the airport or railway station for departure, marking the end of an unforgettable trip.
