Welcome to Puglia! My name is Yurie, and I am an olive oil sommelier based at Masseria Torre Grande. Here, we cultivate organic olive oil under the guidance of centuries-old traditions.

During this tour, participants will experience:
- A guided walk through our century-old olive groves,
- Insights into olive farming practices, harvesting techniques, and the art of making olive oil,
- An opportunity to taste award-winning extra virgin olive oil paired with artisanal bread, allowing for a mini-tasting session.

The tour duration is approximately one hour. We commence by walking to our olive grove, which is approximately 500 meters from the masseria. Given the potential for muddy conditions due to rainfall, it is recommended that attendees bring comfortable footwear.
