This Private Nuremberg WW2 and Old Town Day Tour has something for everybody!

My popular Nuremberg WW2 and Old Town Day Tour covers the Rally Grounds to Room 600 in the morning and then the Old Town after lunch. This day tour is a great way to learn about not only the immense proportions of the former nazi party rally grounds and the megalomania of the National Socialist regime but also about Nuremberg's medieval history. It's a really great way to get an overall picture of Nuremberg through the ages.

What you'll see first

We will start by visiting the "Luitpold Arena" site, the Congress Hall, The Great Street, and the Zeppelin Field. Afterward, we will drive over to the Justice Palace, where Room 600 is located, and learn about the first serious attempt to adjudicate State leaders accused of war crimes after WW2.

We won't stop there

For lunch, I'll introduce you to Nuremberg's world-famous bratwurst.

After we eat we'll see the Main Market Square and the Beautiful Fountain. Also included are Fleischbrücke, Unschlitthaus, Weinstadel, Kettensteg, Tanners' Alley, Church of St. Sebald, and finally Tiergärtnertorplatz (Albrecht Dürer Haus). We end the tour in front of the New City Hall near the main market square.

It is also possible to customize this tour any way you like. I'll be happy to give you a quote for any tour variation that you want.

For parties of six or fewer, pick-up and drop-off with my personal vehicle from locations within central Nuremberg are FREE. If your party is larger than six people, please let me know so I can give you a quote for the additional costs involved.

Please note that the Memorium (Room 600 - Nuremberg Trials) is always closed on Tuesdays. So if you book this tour on a Tuesday, I will still cover all of the material and we'll drive out to the Justice Palace, but you won't be able to go inside.
