Discovering Unique Places: An Unparalleled Adventure Experience Combining Nature and Panoramic Views
In the early hours of the day, we shall depart from your accommodation in Cusco around 8:30 a.m., accompanied by our team. Our journey will then lead us to Chinchero, a picturesque town renowned for its rich heritage. Here, we will embark upon a unique exploration, venturing into a traditional textile complex where the intricate artistry of centuries-old techniques comes alive.
This experience will provide an immersive understanding of the cultural significance of textiles in Quechua society. We will also engage in interactions with local communities, gaining insights into their daily lives and traditions.
Following this enlightening introduction, we shall proceed to Moray, an archaeological site deeply embedded within the heart of the Andes. This ancient settlement offers a glimpse into the architectural prowess and agricultural innovations of the Inca civilization.
Our final destination will be the Salineras, a remarkable natural phenomenon nestled at an altitude of 3,380 meters above sea level. These formations, characterized by over 3,000 hand-dug salt wells, stand as testament to the ingenuity and resilience of indigenous peoples who adapted to the harsh mountain environment.
Upon completion of our excursions, we will convene at a designated location for our private picnic. Following the meal, we will conclude our day's activities and commence our journey back to Cusco, arriving approximately at 6:30 p.m., after a total travel duration of one hour.
