All participants will receive full protection against the elements with waterproof and breathable clothing, including all necessary safety gear. The tour operator reserves exclusive use of Queenstown Hill, providing unparalleled access to breathtaking panoramic views. The tour lasts approximately 3.5 hours, divided into two to two-and-a-half hours of quad biking. Riders must be at least 16 years old and proficient in English. To ensure the highest level of safety, we request all participants to present a credit card upon arrival. In case of accidents, the credit card serves as a security deposit to cover potential damages to equipment.
Before embarking on the quad bike adventure, we conduct thorough training sessions to familiarize riders with the machines. Any rider who fails to meet these requirements or struggles to communicate effectively with our guides in plain English will be disqualified from participating in the quad bike activity. In such cases, we offer a $50 partial refund per person or a complimentary ride in an off-road buggy to witness the stunning views.
