Our ultimate destination lies at El Santuario Waterfall, concealed amidst the volcanic landscape. This breathtaking sight awaits us upon reaching the summit; however, prior to this milestone, we must navigate a 1-kilometer single-track trail, culminating in a total distance of 2 kilometers. Along the way, there will be opportunities to ascend and descend in elevation, as well as cross over various natural formations.
Our final leg of the journey involves traversing a picturesque turquoise river canyon, requiring a swim of 25 meters to reach our objective. Upon successfully completing these challenges, we shall witness one of the most spectacular waterfalls found in the vicinity of Rincon de la Vieja Volcano.
