Upon arrival at your accommodation in Puno, we shall commence our journey towards Sillustani, Pucará, and Lampa. This itinerary promises a rich exploration of the region's cultural and historical treasures.

Our first destination will be the archaeological site of Sillustani, situated at an elevation of nearly 4,000 meters above sea level. Here, visitors can marvel at the magnificent chullpas of Sillustani, burial towers of pre-Inca cultures that will undoubtedly captivate their senses.

Following the ascent, we shall proceed to Lampa, also referred to as the City of Seven Wonders. During our guided tour of the historic center, we will delve into the vibrant hues of its buildings, showcasing the architectural diversity of the town. Our route will lead us through winding streets to the Church of Saint James the Apostle, the focal point of Lampa's religious life. Inside the colonial-era parish church, we will venture deep into the past, exploring the rich tapestry of Lampa's history.

Continuing our expedition, we shall revisit our vehicle and embark on another leg of our journey, heading towards the ancient citadel of Pucará. This significant pre-Inca civilization dates back to the 3rd century BCE, with remnants of both residential and ceremonial areas that bear witness to its enduring legacy.

Visiting the Lithic Museum, we shall uncover the hidden artistry of the Pucara culture, encountering cave sculptures and ceramic artifacts that offer glimpses into the lives of these early inhabitants. In the heart of Pucará, standing tall against the backdrop of the Andean sky, we shall find ourselves immersed in the grandeur of stepped pyramids dedicated to various deities.

As the day draws to a close, we shall conclude our sightseeing adventure after approximately ten hours. Upon reaching your hotel in Puno, we will disembark smoothly, ensuring a seamless transition to your subsequent activities or restful evening.
